Dark alley with a pretty window
Stopped to see what it was...
Don't judge a book by it's cover.
Exterior was attractive and appealing
But the contents were terrifying.
On her knees she watched him walk away
Tears streaming down her face...
He ripped her heart from her chest
And left a bloody, messy hole...
A mess to match such a fucked up girl.
She couldn't hide the pain no longer...
Let it all out with a scream to the sky
Bringing her fists crashing down on the floor...
Never such a terrible sound had been heard
As the one verberating from that tiny window room.
With a final glance back,
The boy smirked at the trouble he had caused,
Took his bow and disappeared.
A bad stage play...
The girl shook with sobs,
Trembled with terror...
Screaming, "Oh why God, why?!"
Forsaken and alone
She crashes to the floor
Too weak to hold herself up...
Wraps her arms around herself...
Tries desperately to keep the rest of her from breaking apart.
His last words ringing in her ears...
His last look haunting her eyes...
And she cries herself to the grave.
